I glisten salty in the sun.
Running at noon
Not advisable.

“A storm is coming,”
The Wind announces.
The trees do their happy dance.

Streaks of gold sunlight
Slice through conditioned air.
I pine for the outside.

Warm weather
brings out beauty everywhere!
I almost stepped on a snake.
