So, I am sitting here basking in the cool blue glow of my new-to-me iMac. In case you are wondering, I got this one, but not for that price and not exactly to those specs

All I have to say is woo hoo! Now to put all the stuff I actually need on it…

After reading the winning entry in the Runner’s World Spring Haiku contest, I have been inspired to create my own mini-poem.

Weary buds peek out
from their spindly brown houses
and attack my nose.

It is done. I have run my half-marathon. I crossed the finish line at about 2:00:00, which means I had a pace of about 9:10. Wahoo! More info when I get it. Now if you’ll excuse me I’m going to go ice my poor legs…

UPDATE: Official Results are in!
I crossed the finish line at 2:00:40, that’s a pace of 9:12/mile! Overall I got 522 place… Out of 1700! Woo hoo! Top 1/3! Go here for all the official stuff, if you are in to that sort of thing.

Finally! I have a portfolio on my portfolio site! Wahoo!

I’ll be (attempting) to add stuff to it daily, or at least a couple of times per week. Let the fun begin!
