I just checked out the new Menomena video, and the conclusion that I have come to is actually an appending of something I have been saying for years: Things that are deep-fried and/or shot with a high-speed camera are good.

Time Magazine online is currently featuring a photo essay taken from the book Hungry Planet, by Peter Menzel. It is a 15–photo journey into the homes of families from around the world, posing where they eat, with all members of the family present and the food they consume in a week spread out around them like a harvest.

Ah, at long last the AppalachianTrail trip has come and gone. I am now away on a buisness trip to the fabulous CMA Music Fest for GAC. I’ll be filling everyone in on these trips and more as time allows!
